Print on Demand, POD

Exchanges and Returns:
Print on Demand or POD products are unique and produced only once ordered.  Due to this, these items cannot be returned or exchanged if you order the wrong size or color or simply change your mind.

If you receive a damaged product, a wrong product, or a manufacturing error, please contact us using the Contact Us tab in the main menu.  Keep all shipping materials and be prepared to provide photo proof of the issue.  Specific instructions will be provided based on the product and issue.

Exchanges and Returns:
There is a 30-day policy. Refunds will only be issued if a store credit or exchange can not be made.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange your item must be returned at your expense, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that are customized are not eligible for return.

Sale or clearance items are final and are not eligible for return.

Items that are received defective or damaged may be eligible for replacement.

To complete your return, please use the Contact Us tab in the main menu for instructions. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Shipping costs associated with returns are your responsibility. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and for product values over $50, shipping insurance should be considered.
