Understanding Print on Demand Fulfillment
Print on Demand, or POD, means that WAM doesn't stock physical inventory. When you place an order, your item(s) will go into production and ship from the manufacturer as soon as they are complete. Due to this, these items cannot be returned or exchanged if you order the wrong size or color or simply change your mind.

Production errors can and will happen. Multiple print providers are used to fulfill multiple items for multiple sellers. More often than not, your shipping label is how your order is tracked. There won't be an invoice or slip inside your package.
If you receive a damaged product, the wrong product, or a manufacturing error, we will need pictures of the item and the packaging to correct the issue. Failure to follow these directions will likely lead to us not being able to resolve the issue.
WAM will not issue a refund in this case.
